A healthy Friday for pendings @ 120. The leader board today is Fairfield/Fairfield Township with 7, Oakley with 5! follow by Lebanon with 4.
I am very curious to see what happens this Labor Day weekend and throughout the early part of next week. As we move out of the beginning of September I expect to see an added push for the next 45-60 days. I would watch for the pendings to stay on or near the 120 mark on avg with some days spiking near 150 high water mark we had earlier this week.
